Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or specially configured items.
- Items damaged by misuse or improper handling.
Return Process

- Once approved, return the item to our shop at Nyamakima, Cross Road House, Ambala Rd.
- For shipped returns, you are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for the same product or another item of equal value.
